Busy days at Shark Park!

The teams at Shark Park have had some trying times over the last two weeks. A massive storm left us with unseasonal flooding and very cold water. The reduced visibility and cold water played havoc with the Tiger Tribe and sightings were non existent for a few days. Things have recovered very well and the dives over the last few days have yielded good tiger sightings and many blacktips. The most unusual event over the last few days has been the arrival of ragged tooth sharks in great numbers. The raggies are in the usual places on the Aliwal Shoal and all over the Scottburgh reefs and reefs north and inshore of the Shoal. It certainly is great news to have such good numbers of raggies back and one can only hope that this is a good sign.
